Boston
It is so cool when someone calls us to tell us they saw the truck in their neighborhood. Next week keep a lookout in Boston. We will be around the convention center on Thursday and Friday giving out FREE samples of our delicious Sea Salt Corners
Arizona
Last week we got back from a well deserved vacation. Our country is so beautiful. Everyone should g0 to Arizona. We went on a hot air balloon, saw the Grand Canyon and the Red Rocks in Sedona. I recommend this as a vacation for the entire family of just yourself.

Softball game
The softball season on my husbands over 40 league and his over 50 league is finally over. We fans in the stands decided we would enjoy the last games by cheering our men on, sipping wine and having chips and salsa. Of course my responsiblity was to provide the chips and salsa. I now have a new favorite. Garlic Corners. They enhanced the artichoke and garlic salsa perfectly. I can truly say I can't wait for next spring for the bench action to start again.

Traveling Snacks
This past weekend I was in Chicago at a Tradeshow for Medora. It was very hectic - travel delays, busy show days and then a rush to the airport so I could get home exhausted. Chicago airport does not have very many healthy food options - McDonalds and a sports bar, so I knew I would need to grab a bag of my favorite plane ride snack - Sotos Multigrain Chips. The Zesty Lemon with Olive Oil and Lemon is so yummy - even Rachael Ray thought so! I was so happy to have it when the stewardess asked me if I wanted peanuts or cookies. I was able to say "No, thank you, I have something". My Sotos were a much better alternative!

dinner last night
So last night was Pizza night once again. Unfortunately, it did not meet my usual pizza standards. The sauce was thin and watery and the cheese too salty. Feeling dissatisfied with the one slice I allowed myself, I reached for a bag of Pucci Pizza Snacks. Believe it or not that hit the spot. I was eating the Classic flavor. Just the right amount of crunch to feel that I was indulging. So at the end of the night dinner was a success.

Last night we had our grandchildren over for a swim in the pool and pizza. They compared the Pucci Pizza Snacks to the pizza we were eating and guess what? The Pucci won! They prefer the Pucci to many other snacks and were taking the small bag to school with their lunch. The kids were trying to trade for their Pucci Snacks! They love to make the pizza puzzle - if you take 6 pieces of the Pucci Pizza Snacks you can make an actual tiny pizza pie!

A light lunch ...
Today I decided to eat a light lunch. I made a healthy summer salad with a side of eggsalad. Of course I use mostly egg whites and very little low fat mayo. Instead of bread or crackers I use the Sea Salt Corners. They have just the right amount of salt so I need not add any additional salt to the egg salad. I actually feel like I am indulging, while in actuality I am eating healthy.
